This is obviously wrong. Because the clock rate of the Ryzen 9 7950X processor is 5.7GHz, it is impossible for this 16-core processor to exceed 6GHz without manual overclocking.

RTC BUG is a very old BUG of the AMD platform. The AMD Ryzen 3000 (code name Matisse) processor can display a faster clock rate than expected.

When the AMD Ryzen goes up to the highest clock rate and puts the system to sleep, the clock rate rises and scores higher on benchmark tests such as Cinebench or Corona.
