At present, the OLED panel mainly adopts the scheme of multi-layer vacuum deposition (VAC), while the simplified structure of solution-treated OLED has the advantages of low cost and large-scale mass production. Solution coating (SOL) solutions are also available for OLED panels, but there are many challenges in mixing adjacent organic layers.

Busan National University in Korea has made a breakthrough in solution treatment, and researchers have developed a new thermal crosslinked polyimino (thermally cross-linkable poly), which is a solvent-resistant hole injection layer material with excellent film-forming performance, optimal energy level and high mobility, which makes it possible to mass produce OLED panels.
