CTOnews.com March 17, the Amazfit GTR 4, a 46mm smartwatch with a 1.43inch circular display, was launched in September last year. Amazfit GTR Mini smartwatches are now available in the United States, the UK and the European Union, priced at $120,130 (CTOnews.com Note: currently about RMB828), GBP 130 (CTOnews.com Note: currently about RMB1084) and EUR 130 (CTOnews.com Note: currently about RMB952). It sells for 11000 rupees in India (CTOnews.com Note: currently about RMB917).

The GTR Mini uses a 42mm chassis, which is also thinner and lighter than the larger 12.4mm and 34g models, with a thickness of 9.25mm and a weight of 24.6g. This watch supports a quick-detached 20mm strap (the accompanying strap is made of skin-friendly silicone).

The GTR Mini has a 1.28-inch AMOLED display with a pixel density of 326ppi, which is the same as the definition of a large display. Both watches promise battery life of up to 14 days. Smaller models have built-in 280mAh batteries and take hours to recharge.

GTR Mini has almost the same function as GTR 4. The watch has a built-in GPS receiver and uses Amazfit's patented circularly polarized antenna to enhance signal reception. The watch supports a total of five global positioning systems (large-size models also support dual-band positioning). In the case of continuous GPS tracking, the battery can last for up to 25 hours.

GTR Mini has more than 120 sports modes and has 5 ATM water resistance (50 meters) to support wearable swimming. Fitness data recorded by the watch can be shared with Google Fit and Apple Health, as well as with apps such as Strava, Relive and Adidas Running.

In terms of health follow-up, the watch can monitor the heart rate and SpO2 at 24 stroke 7. The speed of the sensor is fast enough that the one-click measurement function can report its results in as little as 15 seconds. Sleep tracking can detect light sleep, deep sleep and REM sleep, and pay attention to any breathing problems while sleeping. When users wake up, they receive (customizable) morning updates.

GTR Mini runs ZeppOS 2.0 and supports third-party applications. Users can add membership and club cards through the Zepp application and create convenient shortcut widgets that quickly display important information, such as to-do lists or alarm clocks. Of course, users can see notifications from mobile phones on the watch.

Amazfit GTR Mini has three colors: midnight black, fog powder and ocean blue.
