CTOnews.com March 17, Samsung Galaxy F14 phone has appeared in the Google Play management center, showing that it is equipped with an Exynos 1330 chip. Now, the phone appears in the Geekbench 6 running score database, which is also verified to be equipped with an Exynos 1330 chip. The mononuclear score is 811 and the polynucleus score is 2120.

The Exynos 1330 and 1380 are part of Samsung's next-generation chip portfolio. Exynos 1330 is a 5nm chip. CPU has 2 Cortex-A78 cores (2.4GHz) and 6 Cortex-A55 cores (2.0GHz), plus Mali-G68 MP2 GPU and 5G modems. The chip supports FHD+ display up to 120Hz, camera up to 108MP, and 4K@30fps video capture.

The shape of the Galaxy F14 phone is very similar to that of the M14. According to the leaked rendering, the only major change is the removal of the 2MP depth camera (still retains the 2MP macro camera).

The F14 is expected to feature a 6.6in (or 6.5in) refresh 90Hz LCD screen, a rear 50+2MP camera and a 13MP selfie camera. Built-in Exynos 1330 chip, equipped with 6GB memory (as shown in Geekbench running points), and a large 6000mAh battery. The M14 only supports 15W charging, but the F14 may support 25W charging.

This is a dual SIM card phone that supports options such as green and purple.

Samsung Galaxy F14 will be pre-installed to run Android 13 / One UI 5.1 and is expected to receive a 2-year Android major version update and a 4-year security patch. The price of the phone is expected to start at 18500 Indian rupees (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 1543 yuan).
