CTOnews.com March 16 news, according to Videocardz news, overclocking personnel Elmorlabs with Intel's latest 56-core W9-3495X Xeon processor overclocking test, the processor power consumption reached 1881 watts.

According to reports, the platform tested is the Asustek W790E-SAGE SE motherboard with Zechi Zeta R5 DDR5 memory specially designed for the platform. The Super W9-3495X is overclocked to 5.5 GHz of the whole core, with a power consumption of 1881 watts. The processor uses liquid nitrogen to dissipate heat and the temperature is kept below-90 degrees Celsius.

In terms of parameters, the Xeon W9-3495X is the flagship model of the Xeon WMui 3400 series processor, with 56 cores of 112 threads, 105MB three-level cache, Rui Frequency 4.8GHz, support for 8-channel memory, basic power consumption of 350 W, and a price of $5889 (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 40634 yuan). It is expected to go on sale in April.
