CTOnews.com March 16 news, Panasonic recently launched the PT-CMZ50 ultra-short focus laser projector, can produce up to 5200 lumens of brightness output. Theoretically, even in bright indoor environments, users can clearly see the projected content.

Panasonic means that up to 120 inches of projection can be cast at a distance of 3.05 meters from a wall or curtain; at a distance of 2.03 meters, the projection ratio is 0.235:1, and 80 inches of projection can be cast.

Panasonic added that the PT-CMZ50 runs natively at 1,920 x 1,200 pixels and a 16:10 aspect ratio. CTOnews.com learned from the report that the projector's laser light source lasts 20000 hours in normal quiet mode and 24000 hours if set to ECO mode.

Panasonic officials did not announce the price and release date of this ultra-short-focus laser projector.
