CTOnews.com March 16, Shandong Energy Bureau recently released the "Shandong Energy Green, low-carbon and High-quality Development three-year Action Plan (2023-2025)" and "Shandong Energy Green, low-carbon and High-quality Development key tasks in 2023".

According to the report, the installed capacity of renewable energy will reach more than 9000 kilowatts by 2025, with non-fossil energy consumption accounting for about 13%. The proportion of coal power in total power installation and the proportion of coal power generation in the electricity consumption of the whole society have dropped to 55% and 60% respectively. Among them, the installed capacity of wind power and photovoltaic power generation reached more than 25 million kilowatts and 5700 kilowatts respectively, and the installed capacity of biomass power generation was stable at about 4 million kilowatts.

CTOnews.com learned from the report that Shandong will speed up the construction of public charging piles in the central urban areas and along highways, and explore the separate operation mode of vehicles and electricity in ports, urban transit and other scenarios. By 2025, there will be 8000 charging stations in the public domain, 400000 charging piles and more than 40 hydrogen filling stations.
