According to the announcement of Hon Hai's Zhengzhou Foxconn iDPBG, the Zhengzhou plant will recruit regular workers from now on, and the total bonus can reach 6000 yuan after internal recommendation, which has not yet reached the level of 10,000 yuan in the past peak season.

At present, it is the off-season for iPhone shipments, and Hon Hai continues to recruit workers in the off-season. According to CTOnews.com, as Hon Hai Zhengzhou Park just announced in late February to expand the production capacity of mobile phone parts such as glass back panels, it needs to make up for the manpower gap, so it launched the recruitment program.

Hon Hai's expansion in mobile phone parts-related capacity is mainly through Zhengzhou Foxconn Pioneer's production of three Huazhong BGM plant, which started production in late February, plans to have 14 production lines for the whole year, and aims to produce profit reports in its first year of production.

The Pioneer Manufacturing Department of Zhengzhou Foxconn Vanguard Development and Manufacturing Department is a new unit established in September 2022, which completed the plant resource planning, the machine entering the factory one after another and the establishment of personnel team within half a year. In terms of the new team, members from Honghai Guanlan, Huazhong, processing Zone, Glass and other units jointly sprint pioneer development and manufacturing.
