CTOnews.com, March 15: users who want to use Bing chat can only access it through Microsoft's official desktop and mobile apps. But developer acheong08, through reverse engineering, can rely on Python to allow users to access Bing chat in a terminal environment.

The project is called EdgeGPT and currently hosts the source code on GitHub. CTOnews.com learned from the report that the project was built using Python and that Bing chat could be accessed on Windows, Mac and Linux. The project still requires users to enter a Microsoft account to access Bing chat, but it needs to be called through cookies.
