In October of the same year, the first trial result of the case was announced, and the court found that Cai Jia's video content was fabricated false facts, and the video had intentionally insulted and slandered Tesla's company, and ordered him to apologize to Tesla (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and compensate for the loss of 100000 yuan. Cai Jia refused to appeal, and the case opened in the higher people's Court of Zhejiang Province on February 7 this year.

It is reported that the second instance judgment in this case has been issued, and the original judgment will be upheld in this case, and this judgment is final.

It is understood that Boss Cai revealed in a video in 2021 that one of his friends was one of Tesla's suppliers. Tesla took measures such as lowering quotations, strict settlement methods or cycles to suppliers after localization, which may cause problems with the quality of suppliers' products. At the same time, Tesla's inspection personnel and supplier personnel have "eat, take, card, want" behavior.

It is worth mentioning that the information shows that Tesla recently sued Boss Cai again for the dispute over reputation rights. The court notice shows that the case opened at the Intermediate people's Court of Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province on February 21.
