CTOnews.com March 14, Microsoft invited Office Insider project members to test the "One Outlook" client 10 months ago. According to the latest news, the app will invite more users to test it in April this year.

CTOnews.com visits the Microsoft 365 roadmap page, and the entry information shows that Microsoft will invite Current Channel channel Microsoft 365 subscribers in April this year to test the new preview version of "Outlook for Windows".

Michael Reinders also shared a note from Microsoft in its tweet, saying that Microsoft will introduce a new version of the switch button to open up a new experience to all Current Channel channel users in late April.

It is mentioned in this note that Microsoft 365 customers will not be forced to switch to the new Outlook at this stage. Personal Microsoft accounts and Microsoft Exchange Online accounts can have a fresh experience.

The new Windows version of One Outlook will allow better integration with Microsoft Teams, while improving its calendar capabilities, the way Outlook automatically anchors important emails to the top, and so on. Eventually, this application will completely replace the current Outlook application.
