Nathan Kalyanasundharam: an expert in modular design and interconnection, leading the architecture and design of AMD Infinity Fabric. He is also the consistent interconnect architect of the Frontier supercomputer, the Oak Ridge National Laboratory supercomputer.

Suresh Ramalingam: an outstanding leader in heterogeneous integration and advanced packaging technologies. Ramalingam has worked in Cyrus for nearly 20 years, has more than 20 years of cross-industry experience and holds 40 patents. He is currently focused on 2.5D and 3D packaging technologies for the next generation of AMD products.

Ben Sander:Sander has worked at AMD for 28 years and has technical knowledge in everything from architecture to machine learning, focusing on software performance and high-level architecture. In addition to developing the architecture for AMD Opteron (Haolong) CPU, he co-founded the Radeon Open Compute (ROCm) project, an open software platform that allows researchers to use the AMD Instinct accelerator to drive scientific discovery.

Ralph Wittig: a computer architect who has worked in Cyrus for more than 25 years. The research and development work led by Wittig laid the foundation for the company's reasoning processor architecture, AI engine and machine learning software process Vitis AI, and is an AI and machine learning expert. He is actively involved in the semiconductor industry, serving as a member of the steering committee of Hot Chips and a guest editor of IEEE Micro.

AMD said that the enterprise academician is the highest title of the AMD technical post.
