At the same time, a number of new technologies and functions to help the elderly and the disabled have emerged in the process of "re-inspection", such as "waving" CAPTCHA code, barrier-free digital cinema, AI digital salesperson, artificial customer service "video" line, etc., which provides a new plan to help solve the difficult problems such as "can't be used" and "can't be used" when faced with intelligent technology for the elderly and the disabled.

For websites and mobile App that fail the "review", the China Institute of Information and Communications, together with the Internet Association of China, will, in accordance with the requirements of relevant norms and standards, further gather multi-party technical resources, equip professional technical backbones, establish a "one-to-one" guidance and consultation mechanism, help "review" unqualified websites and mobile phone App to complete functional improvement in time, and effectively consolidate the achievements of previous special actions through professional evaluation.
