According to the financial report, Porsche's operating income in 2022 was 37.6 billion euros, up 13.6 percent from the same period last year; sales profit was 6.8 billion euros, up 27.4 percent from the same period last year; sales return was 18 percent, up 2 percent from the same period last year; and net cash flow was 3.9 billion euros, up 5.4 percent from the same period last year.

Porsche delivered 309884 new cars worldwide in 2022, an increase of 2.6% over the same period last year. Demand for Cayenne remained high, with nearly 96000 new cars delivered, up 15% from the same period last year. Panamera's delivery also exceeded 34000, up 13% from the same period last year. The classic sports car 911 also achieved another record, delivering more than 40000 new cars, an increase of 5% over the same period last year. It is worth noting that China has been the largest single market for Porsche for the eighth year.

In terms of electrification strategy, Porsche will follow the "double e strategy", that is, e-Mobility and eFuels. E-Mobility refers to pure electric travel. Porsche aims to sell 80 per cent of its new cars by 2030, and will invest in new high-performance battery technology and improved charging networks. EFuels refers to synthetic fuel as an alternative to traditional fuel vehicles. The Chilean Haru Oni eFuels market plant invested by Porsche was put into operation in December 2022 and plans to expand capacity in the next few years. In addition, net carbon neutralization of the production process has been achieved at all production sites in Germany.
