Subsequently, the satellite and the upper level smoothly entered the scheduled geosynchronous transfer orbit, and the Russian side announced the success of the launch mission.

The TASS news agency said that this is the 115th launch of the proton-M rocket, the 107th launch of the breeze-M upper level, the fourth launch of the Russian rocket in 2023, and the 34th launch of the global space flight in the whole year.

It is said that the proton-M rocket that launched the satellite was sent to Baikonur as early as 2021, and the launch was originally scheduled for the same year, but was postponed to 2022 for a variety of reasons, but failed to launch before 2023.

In February this year, the Russian Space Agency launched a proton-M carrier rocket from position 81go 24 at the Baikonur space launch site, sending the fourth Elektro-L hydrometeorological satellite into geostationary orbit (GEO).
