When talking about the development of new energy vehicles, Feng Xingya pointed out that new energy vehicles are still in the stage of development, there will be very good development in the future, and the prospect of their development is very clear. China's New Energy vehicle Industry Development Plan (2021-2035) proposes that the penetration rate of new energy vehicles should reach 20% in 2025, but in 2022, the penetration rate of new energy vehicles in China will exceed 20%, close to 26%. It is believed that the targets for the next few years will also be achieved ahead of schedule. According to estimates by third-party companies, China's overall passenger car sales are expected to be about 28 million by 2030, of which new energy (including pure electricity and plug-in) accounts for nearly 70%.

In terms of the Indian market, Feng Xingya said he is very optimistic about the Indian market and believes that the Indian market is one of the most potential markets. Previously, going to India gave him the impression that India is not a big oil producer and that there is pressure on the supply of oil and other fuels, so it is necessary to develop electric cars. In addition, India's tax policy will vary according to the size and performance parameters of the car, so GAC GROUP needs to develop products according to the situation of the Indian market, and it is also necessary to produce locally in India in the future.

CTOnews.com has reported that GAC GROUP sold 161219 cars in February 2023, up 12.38% from a year earlier. Tian produced 175087 cars in February, an increase of 15.25% over the same period last year.
