Sun Yongcai suggested that the relevant state ministries and commissions should take the lead to carry out high-speed performance experiments at night at a speed of less than 500 kilometers per hour on the Shanghai high-speed maglev line, and co-ordinate the construction of a high-speed maglev commercial application line at a speed of 600 kilometers per hour.
