SOT-227 package IGBT module is one of the current power semiconductor serialization development directions. Because of its small size and unique one-cell design, it has high flexibility and can freely match the circuit topology, so it has special advantages when applied to topologies with high space requirements or special structural layout, and greatly facilitates installation and application.

The product is a BYD independent IGBT chip, using standard packaging, compatible with the mainstream size of the market. Optimize the DBC layout design to reduce the interference of sampling signals. The package is small in size and easy to install. The topology circuit can be matched freely according to the customer's demand. Applications include UPS power, frequency conversion, servo, photovoltaic energy storage and so on.

SOT-227 package diode series module is also one of the development directions of power semiconductor series, which is widely used in vehicle OBC (CTOnews.com note: charging power electronic devices for vehicle power battery, that is, vehicle charger) system, and will develop to welding machine, low voltage charger and other industries. Because of its small size and easy installation, it is gradually accepted and recognized by the market.

The product is a BYD independent IGBT chip, using standard packaging, compatible with the mainstream size of the market.
