CTOnews.com, March 11 / PRNewswire-FirstCall-Asianet /-- Google shared a notice with current testers on the official Android Beta subreddit reminding all users running QPR2 Beta 3.2 that they need to opt out of the program to steadily upgrade to the official March version. If testers do not opt out before March 13, they will automatically receive Android 13 QPR3 Beta 1 next week.

Google said it advises users who want a stable version in March to opt out of the program and ignore the new Pixel Beta OTA. This allows users to avoid erasing phone data-a necessary condition for downgrading between Beta beta and stable versions.

When Google first announced that it would continue its Android 13 Beta beta plan, the details stipulated that its QPR series would end in March and transition to Android 14 at some point thereafter. However, according to today's announcement, Google has confirmed that a beta version of Pixel Feature Drop will still be available before the release of QPR Beta in June.

CTOnews.com Note: a stable version is released to the public at the end of each QPR Beta release cycle. After applying a stable update, you can choose to exit future Beta updates without erasing the data (but there is a time limit until you apply the next Beta update, if you choose to do so).
