CTOnews.com March 9 news, Microsoft announced last year, and open source natural language processing (NLP) platform Hugging Face deep cooperation. After building Hugging Face Endpoints, a machine learning inference service powered by Azure ML Managed Endpoint, Microsoft today announced that Hugging Face's base model is now available for Azure machine learning.

Microsoft said at Azure Open Source Day that it brought the base model for Azure machine learning in the form of a public preview version. Azure platform users can now build on these open source base models and scale them to meet their own needs.
