A technical consultant from a British company was quoted in the report, and CTOnews.com translated it as follows:

We had the problem of slow file transfer after upgrading 100 devices to Win11 22H2 update last December. Copying these files takes much longer than expected, and the transfer time of some files has more than doubled.

After installing KB5022913, our users confirmed that the file transfer speed was basically the same as that of Win10, and there was no problem of slow transfer.

Microsoft officials say Win11's file replication vulnerabilities mainly affect corporate customers, and users of home networks or small offices are less likely to encounter them.
