AI Builder is a service launched by Microsoft in 2019 to help developers with no code experience better develop applications using artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions.

After AI Builder integrates Azure OpenAI GPT, developers can use Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate to obtain templates of AI-generated applications in a low-code way to speed up application development.

Power Virtual Agents integrates Conversation booster, which allows users to build their own robots and better manage resources within the organization. For example, a robot can answer questions without user input.

"users only need to direct your robot to your company's specific resources (such as your website or internal knowledge base)," Microsoft wrote in the report. After reading the relevant materials, the robot can create according to your instructions.
