In Meizhou Baohu Energy Storage Power Station, the battery is directly immersed in the coolant in the cabin to cool the battery directly, quickly and fully, ensuring that the battery operates in the optimal temperature range and effectively prolonging the service life of the battery. improve the safety performance of the energy storage power station as a whole. The immersion liquid-cooled battery energy storage system realizes the iterative upgrade of electrochemical energy storage safety technology, and the battery heat dissipation efficiency is 50% higher than that of the traditional method. Meizhou Baohu Energy Storage Power Station can realize that the temperature rise of the battery does not exceed 5 degrees Celsius, and the temperature difference between different batteries does not exceed 2 degrees Celsius.

The project took only more than 4 months from the start of construction to trial operation, the equipment of the power station adopts a prefabricated cabin structure, and the main equipment of the system is placed in containers, which can be assembled and debugged on site, so as to further shorten the construction period and improve the level of safety construction.

The project is located in Hedong Industrial Park, Wuhua County, Meizhou City, Guangdong Province. With a scale of 70MW / 140MW / h, the project can generate nearly 8100 million kilowatt-hours of electricity per year and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by more than 45000 tons.

After the completion of the project, it can effectively improve the power supply capacity of 220 kV Qinjiang power supply area, reduce line loss, promote local consumption of new energy, and participate in auxiliary services such as peak regulation and frequency modulation of the system. it provides a strong guarantee for the new energy consumption and the safe and stable operation of the power grid in the surrounding area of Meizhou, Guangdong.
