CTOnews.com March 7, according to foreign technology media The TechOutlook reports, Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy Watch 6 series smartwatches at the Galaxy Unpacked event held in August this year.

The report quoted a reliable source Anthony as saying that Galaxy Watch 6 watches will be launched with Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy Z Flip 5 collapsible phones and Galaxy Tab S9 series tablets. The tweet also revealed that the Galaxy Watch 6 series will bring some major changes and a lot of improvements.

CTOnews.com previously reported that the 40mm version of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 is the SM-R93x,44 mm version and the model is SM-R94x, and the battery capacity of the two watches has been exposed.

The 40mm version of Galaxy Watch 6 uses an EB-BR935ABY battery with a nominal capacity of 300mAh. By contrast, the battery capacity of Galaxy Watch 5 for 40mm is 284mAh.

The 44mm version of Galaxy Watch 6 uses an EB-BR945ABY battery with a nominal capacity of 425mAh. By contrast, the battery capacity of Galaxy Watch 5 for 44mm is 410mAh.

The site does not list specifications for the Galaxy Watch 6 Pro, but estimates that the battery capacity will exceed the 600mAh.
