CTOnews.com, March 7 (Reuters)-Samuel Garcia, governor of the Mexican state of Nuevo Leon, said on Monday local time that Tesla may start producing its first cars in Mexico next year, and the electric car maker is about to get final permission to build a plant in Nuevo Leon.
