At present, the United States, Japan, Europe and other countries and regions have carried out ultra-low orbit satellite research respectively, and the United States has proposed the "Devil Fish" program for high-score observation; Japan also launched ultra-low orbit test satellite in 2017, obtaining high-score remote sensing images and ultra-low orbit atmospheric data; European Space Agency launched gravity field and steady-state ocean current detector in 2009, and obtained high-precision gravity field measurement data.
Ultra-low orbit satellites have obvious application advantages in optics, microwave, geophysical field, electric separation layer and so on. However, ultra-low orbit satellites have not been developed for a long time. The main reason is that with the orbit decreasing, the atmospheric density increases sharply, the orbit environment is more and more affected by the atmosphere, the atmospheric drag perturbation and high concentration atomic oxygen environment have prominent effects on satellites, and the stable operation of ultra-low orbit satellites is extremely difficult.
