The matching and coordination of engine ignition system, auxiliary system and turbine pump are examined.

The rationality of the technical scheme of turbine pump is verified, and the performances of methane pump, liquid oxygen pump and turbine under multi-point conditions are obtained.

The feasibility and rationality of the technical scheme of the full electronic control valve are verified, and the matching coordination reliability between the electronic control valve and its actuator and controller is preliminarily examined.

The filling and ignition characteristics of the gas generator under the combined operation of torch ignition system and gas spinning system are obtained.

The ignition and shutdown time sequence of the engine auxiliary system has been checked and verified for many times.

The final assembly structure scheme of turbine pump, gas generator and electronically controlled valve of auxiliary system is examined and verified.

The real medium semi-system joint test is a key milestone in the development of JD-2 engine. The successful completion of this test has laid a solid foundation for the smooth development and success of the follow-up full-system test.

At present, the final delivery and acceptance of the JD-2 engine thrust chamber is under way, and the necessary conditions for the whole system assembly are basically met. The whole system assembly will be carried out in the middle of March 2023, and the whole system thermal test test is planned for May 2023.
