CTOnews.com, March 4 (Xinhua)-- itel has launched a new itel Pad 1 tablet in India, priced at 12999 Indian rupees (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 1096 yuan), which will be sold in India through online and offline stores in two colors-dark gray and light blue.

The itel Pad 1 tablet is designed with a metal body and features a 10.1in 1280x800 pixel IPS display. Equipped with Purple Light display Unisoc SC9863A1 SoC, equipped with 4GB memory and 128GB storage space, can be extended to 512GB through microSD card. The tablet runs the Android 12 (Go version) system, but there is no news of future software updates.

The itel Pad 1 comes with two cameras-a front 8MP camera and a rear 5MP camera. It also has Wi-Fi and LTE connections, which enable users to make 4G calls.

The tablet has a built-in 6000mAh battery and supports 10W charging through the USB-C port. Other highlights of itel Pad 1 include dual speakers, 3.5mm headphone Jack, GPS and FM radio support.
