CTOnews.com March 4 news, according to foreign technology media GeekWire reported that Amazon announced the closure of eight Amazon Go unmanned convenience stores. The convenience stores were first opened to Amazon employees in 2016 and were officially commercialized in 2018.

The eight stores to be closed are in Seattle, New York City and San Francisco. It is reported that two Amazon Go unmanned convenience stores in Seattle have been closed, while two stores in New York City and four stores in San Francisco will be closed on April 1.
