On the morning of March 3, Beijing time, it was reported that Tesla had been approved by Nevada to reduce taxes by more than 330 million US dollars (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 2.28 billion yuan).

In January, Tesla said he would invest more than $3.6 billion in the state to build two new factories, one of which will mass-produce long-delayed semi-electric trucks and the other will produce new 4680 batteries.

The plant's annual battery production can meet the demand for 2 million light vehicles (which was later changed to 1.5 million), which is key to Tesla's goal of halving manufacturing costs and increasing battery production by nearly 100 times by 2030.

Tesla needs to create 3000 jobs, with an average hourly wage of $33.49, according to the board of directors of Nevada's governor's office of economic development.

The last time Tesla received a tax credit for Nevada was in 2014, when Brian Sandoval, the state's governor, signed a series of bills offering $1.3 billion (CTOnews.com Note: about 8.983 billion yuan) in tax cuts and other incentives.
