According to CTOnews.com news on March 2, bilibili (bilibili) today released its financial results for the fourth quarter and the whole year of 2022 as of December 31.

CTOnews.com learned from the financial report that bilibili's total net income in the fourth quarter was 6.1 billion yuan ($890.6 million), an increase of 6% compared with the same period in 2021. The net loss was 1.5 billion yuan ($217.1 million), a 29% reduction from the net loss of 2.1 billion yuan in the same period in 2021. Without Non-GAAP, the adjusted net loss was 1.3 billion yuan ($190.6 million), a 21% reduction from the net loss of 1.7 billion yuan in the same period in 2021.

For the whole of 2022, bilibili's total net income was 21.9 billion yuan ($3.2 billion), an increase of 13 percent compared with 2021. Among them, value-added services and advertising are the main drivers of bilibili's revenue growth, which increased by 26% and 12% respectively compared with the same period last year. The net loss was 7.5 billion yuan ($1.1 billion), compared with a net loss of 6.8 billion yuan in 2021. Without Non-GAAP, the adjusted net loss was 6.7 billion yuan ($971.8 million), compared with 5.5 billion yuan in 2021.

In the fourth quarter, bilibili's average daily active users reached 92.8 million, an increase of 29% over the same period last year. The average daily use time of users reached 96 minutes, and the total use time of users increased by 51% compared with the same period last year. In the fourth quarter, bilibili's market and sales expenses decreased by 28% compared with the same period last year, and the net loss narrowed by 29% compared with the same period last year.
