The flight test was completed on February 23 at the Fengfei Jining test base, and the flight process was recorded by video and third-party equipment. The long-distance flight video shows the complete flight stages of vertical takeoff, forward conversion, fixed-wing cruising, reverse conversion and vertical landing, with a single flight range of more than 250 kilometers. According to public information, the previous record was 248.8 km (154.6 miles) set by Joby Airlines of the United States.

Fengfei Sheng Shilong 4 aircraft has a maximum takeoff weight of 2 tons, pure electric power, 5-seat design, and can fly independently. It uses a composite wing configuration, uses a rotor to take off vertically, flies to a certain altitude for forward conversion, and then cruises horizontally as fast as a fixed-wing aircraft at a speed of more than 200 km / h.

EVTOL aircraft does not need a runway in the traditional airport, compared with helicopters, it is more quiet, environmentally friendly, safe and reliable, and the cost is lower. It will be widely used in intra-city air travel and inter-city travel scenes in the future. The submission of the model approval basis and the summary of Gmur1 issues have been formally submitted to the Civil Aviation Administration, which also marks that the airworthiness of the V2000CG model will enter the "compliance plan formulation" stage.
