At present, the number of users of electronic social security cards has exceeded 740 million, and physical social security cards have formed online and offline parallel services, so that the public can more understand the effectiveness of smart services.

Fourth, actively promote regional card "all-in-one card". For example, to promote regional collaborative legislation in three provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta to explore the realization of "co-city treatment" of public services. With the social security card as the carrier, more than 30 cooperative services have been realized in Sichuan and Chongqing, and at the same time, the urban study in Sichuan and Chongqing has been jointly created with the social security card as the carrier. In these two places, books can be borrowed and returned through social security cards. Hainan and Guangdong also jointly issued social security cards "all-in-one card" tourism annual cards, realizing the "same-city treatment" of cross-provincial tourism consumption, so that the masses can also enjoy the benefits of "all-in-one card".
