At this conference, Jiannan Technology launched the world's first commercial production chip K230 that supports the RISC-V Vector1.0 standard, and calculated to launch 64-core RISC-V server chips, and the cooperation with Ping Tou Brother moved from embedded chips to cloud chips. For industry partners, Pingtou launched the "Xuan tie preferred Chip" program to promote the landing of eco-chips.

David Patterson, father of RISC-V and Turing Award winner, said: "RISC-V is a global phenomenon and developers in more than 60 countries are studying it. In Asia, many well-known enterprises, academic institutions and industry associations are actively involved. From embedded, to all types of computers, and finally to mainframes, I think that in three to five years, RISC-V will be everywhere!"
