CTOnews.com March 2 news, FAW Toyota New Energy Branch's third new car Toyota bZ3 has now been officially offline at FAW Toyota New Energy Plant in Zhongxin Tianjin Eco-city. The new car positioning is a medium-sized pure electric sedan, which has been announced to be priced at 189800-219800 yuan and will go on sale in the first quarter of this year.

The off-line bZ3, as the first car design of the bZ brand, has a maximum mileage of more than 600km, bringing a new upgrade experience for consumers in the three aspects of electricity, motor and car.

According to public data, the FAW Toyota New Energy Plant, located in the northern planned industrial zone of Zhongxin Tianjin Eco-city, has a total planned area of 1.97 million square meters. Construction began in June 2020 and was officially put into production in October 2022. It has a highly intelligent, efficient and flexible production line with an annual production capacity of 200000 units.

According to reports, Toyota bZ3 is exclusively manufactured by FAW Toyota, and Sandian technology is jointly developed by Toyota and BYD. (CTOnews.com Note: the battery comes from Fudi battery and the drive motor comes from Fudi Power).

BZ3 positioning pure electric medium-sized car, also based on e-TNGA architecture, size 4725/1835/1475mm, wheelbase 2880mm, vehicle wind resistance factor 0.218. The chassis adopts front McPherson and rear E-type multi-link structure, which belongs to the same mainstream level and adopts rear drive mode. The maximum mileage of CLTC can be up to 616km.
