CTOnews.com March 1-Samsung's latest high-end phones are getting special enhancements for the Webex collaboration app. At MWC 2023, Webex announced that its video conferencing app has improved productivity for users using the Samsung Galaxy S23 and Galaxy Z Fold4.
In the Galaxy S23 series, Webex Meetings will allow users to share camera images of their phones with others. This feature is called Mobile Camera Share. With the Galaxy S23 Ultra, users can use the S Pen to dynamically add notes to other people's cameras to discuss work. This is useful in certain industries, including construction, healthcare, IT and marketing.
If you own the Galaxy Z Fold4, you can use Flex mode on your phone while using the Webex Meetings app. In this mode, the user can select one part of the screen to display a people video grid, while the other half of the collapsed screen can display presentations or other material. When it is fully open, the app can display a grid containing up to 12 video feeds from attendees.
The app also offers many other collaboration features, including multifunctional file sharing, picture-in-picture, and virtual whiteboards for discussing ideas.
