CTOnews.com March 1, Faraday Future (Faraday Future) announced today that FF shareholders have approved a proposal to increase the number of authorized shares of FFIE Class A common shares to 1.69 billion shares, as well as a proposal to allow shares to be issued under the equity credit line between the company and an affiliated company of Yorkville Advisors, which can issue more than 19.99% of the company's Class An and B common shares.

Faraday said in the future that these proposals have now been approved by FFIE shareholders and will help support the start of production and delivery of the company's FF 91 Futurist and the achievement of other strategic objectives of the company.

According to reports, the approval of the proposal to increase the number of authorized shares provides support for Faraday's recently announced start of production of FF 91 Futurist on March 30, and also provides sufficient authorized shares for Faraday's recently announced financing commitment of $135 million for this round.

Faraday pointed out in the future that FF's goal is to start production ("SOP") of the flagship FF 91 Futurist electric vehicle product ("SOP") at FF ieFactory California in Hanford, California, on March 30, 2023, after investor funding is on schedule. According to the scheduled plan, after the investor funds are available as scheduled, the first vehicles manufactured by FF ieFactory California will be offline in early April and delivered to the first users by the end of April.

According to Faraday's future official data, the FF 91 Futurist has 1050 horsepower, an EPA-certified range of 381mph and a 0-60mph acceleration in 2.27s.
