China Telecom and Huawei have a long history of cooperation. In terms of digital transformation of the industry, joint innovations have been carried out in security dedicated line, AI reasoning framework, 5G full connection coverage, campus multi-network integration, output multi-factor integration, etc., and a number of pilot projects have been completed, and some products and businesses have already served the end customers.

At the press conference, the two sides jointly unveiled the cards of "China Telecom big data and the AI Center Li Teng artificial Intelligence Open Laboratory". Relying on this laboratory, the two sides will focus on AI large model, heterogeneous AI algorithm migration, unified reasoning framework and other directions to jointly tackle key problems.

The two sides also jointly issued the 2023 Action Plan for Strategic Cooperation, which will focus on Tianyi TV networking, Tianyi Yun, IDC and DCI network operation, cloud network operation self-intelligence, and multi-factor fusion production standards to carry out deeper and more extensive strategic cooperation based on the core of scientific and technological innovation.
