According to reports, the latest Wi-Fi 7 technology standard adopted by ZTE 5G FWA Gen 5 supports 320MHz channel bandwidth, while ZTE cooling technology is updated to 5.0. the fifth generation smart antenna technology is also adopted, and the antenna gain is increased by 20%. The best signal can be automatically locked through AI technology to achieve high-speed transmission.

In terms of signal coverage, ZTE said that ZTE 5G FWA Gen 5 signal amplification technology can effectively improve signal transmission power and enhance signal sensitivity, and will also support Matter protocol in the future, which can be connected to a variety of mainstream IoT standards.

CTOnews.com learned from ZTE officials that users can also perform functions such as one-click network disconnection, device speed limit, domain name access control, network diagnosis, Wi-Fi optimization, device restart and software upgrade through remote management.

In addition to ZTE 5G FWA Gen 5, ZTE also launched a new MC888 PRO GIS version of commercial 5G FWA products at the MWC2023 exhibition. The new version, from the whole machine materials to packaging and printing, fully uses environmentally friendly renewable materials. A variety of energy-saving modes are built into the product to reduce power consumption by 10%.
