He said that the target of 1000 stations can be basically achieved this year, of which 400 high-speed power stations with access to the service area will be stationed in the service area, and those that cannot be entered will be set up within 3 kilometers of the highway entrance. Weilai will strive to achieve the goal of thousands of stops and prevent Li Bin from collapsing. He said that the layout of 9 horizontal and 9 vertical lines may be completed ahead of schedule this year.

In addition, he mentioned some plans for the sub-brand Alps. It is said that the Weilai three generation power station will be explicitly shared with the Alpine brand; the entire Alpine model will adopt the 800V scheme; and the Alpine brand battery pack will be thinner than the Alpine brand.

He also revealed that at present, the Weilai power station has begun to participate in the peak regulation function in Europe, and the second and third generation stations in China will also participate in the peak regulation.

Li Bin, founder, chairman and chief executive of Xilai, said last week that after his experience, he thought that the plan of "adding 400 new power stations in 2023" announced on NIO Day was far from enough, so he decided to build 1000 new power stations in 2023, which is close to the total of the previous five years. If the project can be realized as expected, the ambitious goal of replacing 2300 power stations will be achieved by the end of the year.

Weilai expects to start mass production of the third generation power station in April and maintain the progress of building 120-150 replacement power stations per month in June.
