This GeekBench score does not show a doubling of memory capacity, but the XQ-CQ72 message shows 10.93GB, which means that there is a 12GB version of Xperia 5V.

According to the information of GeekBench running score database, the single-core score of 12GB version Xperia 5V is 1946 and the multi-core score is 5056, while the single-core score of 8GB version Xperia 5V is 1610 and the multi-core score is 3536.
