During MWC 2023, around the three major areas of all-optical home, ultra-wide access and all-optical metropolitan area, Huawei released three new products and solutions: FTTR all-optical home starlight F30, the industry's first commercial 50G PON, and metro pooling wave division, to help operators build end-to-end green all-optical network, promote high-quality development of all-service, and support smooth evolution of F5.5G-oriented network towards 10Gbps Everywhere.

All-optical home: Huawei FTTR Starlight F30 is the industry's first all-optical home networking product based on C-WAN architecture, achieving six major upgrades: aesthetic upgrade, four colors, three installation modes, integrated into modern home style; speed upgrade, hardware acceleration and algorithm tuning to ensure the whole house 2000Mbps experience; coverage upgrade, multi-beam smart antenna coverage enhancement of about 30% Roaming upgrade, original SRCN (Seamless Roaming Coordinated Network, non-inductive roaming) scheduling algorithm to achieve non-inductive roaming of the whole house; concurrent upgrade, multi-terminal collaborative technology to greatly reduce Wi-Fi interference, up to 128devices can be connected at the same time; service upgrade, 5A one-stop service capability, build boutique installation and maintenance service. Huawei FTTR Starlight F30 allows users to enjoy digital life, enhances broadband competitiveness for operators, and opens up trillions of room for growth.

Ultra-wide access: Huawei released the industry's first commercial 50G PON solution. High-density symmetrical 50G PON meets the increasing bandwidth needs of future campus, industrial interconnection, enterprise and home scenarios; innovative tapered amplifiers and superlattice reflection structures increase the optical power budget by about 25%, supporting the unchanged deployment of existing network ODN; three-mode integration of GPON, 10G PON and 50G PON, users can upgrade as needed to maximize the protection of operator investment. As the next generation PON technology defined by ITU-T, 50G PON effectively supports 10Gbps Everywhere. Huawei's innovative 50G PON solution provides the best TCO evolution path for operators to upgrade to 10 Gigabit.

All-optical metro: Huawei metro pooled wavelength division solution has four capabilities: all-optical switching, extending OXC to the edge, realizing one-hop direct access and flexible scheduling of the optical path of the whole network, improving network connection performance, and reducing service opening time from monthly to minute. Full pool architecture, through WSS integration technology, 9 traditional subracks are integrated into one module, 9 access ring networks share 96 wavelengths, which significantly improves wavelength efficiency and reduces computer room space; fully coherent 100G, metro-oriented innovative 100G coherent module helps 100G wavelength division sink to CO, bandwidth increases by about 10 times, and cost is greatly reduced. Full automation, optical labeling of wavelengths, automation of planning, construction and operation and maintenance through centralized management and control units, and overall reduction of operating costs. Metro pooling wavelength division solution uses four capabilities to create a minimalist architecture and extreme experience, redefine a green all-optical network, meet the full service development of operators toC, toH and toB, and support business evolution in the next decade.
