CTOnews.com, February 27 (Xinhua) with the official launch of the Xiaomi 13 series in overseas markets, Xiaomi also launched a Xiaomi 13 Lite overseas, bringing performance and imaging improvements compared to the 12 Lite.

This model is similar to the domestic Xiaomi Civi 2, which is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chip, and achieves more than 20% GPU and 30% AI performance improvement compared with Snapdragon 778G in 12 Lite. However, the new phone still uses LPDDR4X and UFS 2.2. It will be available in two configurations, the 8/128GB version is 499 euros (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 3668 yuan) and the 256GB version is 549 euros.

It is pre-installed with MIUI 14 based on Android 12, equipped with 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor, IMX355 ultra-wide-angle lens with 119 °field of view 8MP and 2MP macro lens, which is basically unchanged except for the main photo at 12 Lite.

The machine has a front 32MP portrait lens and is equipped with an additional 8MP depth of field sensor with a FoV of 100 °. It will automatically adjust the view of the group photo, which is somewhat different from the Civi 2. For example, the front of the Civi2 has a dual 32MP camera, only one of which has a 100 °lens and an 20MP ultra-wide-angle lens.

The Mi 13 Lite has a 6.55in curved AMOLED display with 1080 x 2400 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate, support for Dolby horizon and HDR10+, support for 1920Hz high frequency PWM dimming, typical brightness of 500N, peak of 1000 Nit, IP53 waterproof and dustproof.

On the battery side, it uses 4500mAh capacity (larger than 12 Lite 200mAh) and supports 67W wired charging, which can be recharged to 100% in 40 minutes.

In addition, it has Dolby Panorama (Dolby Atmos), Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 and NFC support (NFC is not available in some areas), and the built-in Snapdragon X62 modem, which weighs 171g and is 7.23mm thick, will go on sale on March 8th.
