Dubock joined Vice five years ago when Vice was looking for a buyer and recently raised $30 million (about 209 million yuan) from Fortress.

After taking charge of Vice in 2018, Dubock cleaned up the company, laying off staff, cutting costs and reducing losses. She also led Vice's acquisition of Refinery29.

At its peak, Vice was valued at $5.7 billion (about 39.672 billion yuan). Now it may be less than $1 billion. Not long ago, it was reported that Vice owed a large sum of money to suppliers and consultants, and last year Vice set a revenue target of $700 million (about 4.872 billion yuan), resulting in only about 600 million yuan.
