In the hiring process, 77 per cent of companies that use ChatGPT say they use ChatGPT to help write job descriptions, 66 per cent to draft invitations for interviews and 65 per cent to respond to emails from job seekers.

Of the companies surveyed by ResumeBuilder.com that already use ChatGPT, 93% said they plan to expand the use of ChatGPT. And 90 per cent of companies say their experience with ChatGPT is good for job seekers, but only if ChatGPT has not replaced them.
