On February 23, the national key research and development plan "Research and demonstration of key Technologies for Comprehensive Monitoring of Urban Underground Infrastructure Operation" led by China Railway fourth Survey and Design Institute Group Co., Ltd. successfully concluded in the comprehensive performance evaluation organized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, marking a new breakthrough in the professional field of comprehensive monitoring of urban underground infrastructure operation in China.

According to the report, the research results fill the gaps in the perception, prevention and control of major underground disasters, make up the shortcomings of the rail transit disaster prevention system, and help to realize the green, intelligent, harmonious and sustainable development of urban underground infrastructure.

Focusing on the three aspects of "perception, decision-making, management and control", the project develops the technology-equipment-system-platform-mechanism-standard for comprehensive monitoring of urban underground infrastructure operation. it has formed the first intelligent decision management and command platform for smart city, aiming at the underground infrastructure of intelligent city rail, and can realize intelligent security risk management and control of multi-professional integrated system.

The project team of ▲ China Railway Construction News solved the problem of "difficult to find, easy to expand, difficult to prevent and control" in the development process of urban underground infrastructure disasters, developed 7 kinds of on-line monitoring equipment, 4 kinds of inspection robots and several intelligent diagnosis platforms, and carried out the first demonstration application of the whole solution. It can realize risk measurement, real-time monitoring, intelligent inspection, comprehensive evaluation, early warning, real-time warning, scientific decision-making and emergency scheduling of 20 events in 3 scenarios, 6 disaster situations and 20 events.

The "operational disease high-precision intelligent inspection robot" developed by the project has been highly recognized by the expert group, and the relevant results have been praised by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the expert group and Shenzhen Metro Group. The expert group unanimously evaluated that it is recommended to further expand the promotion and application of the results.

The research results have been demonstrated and applied in the underground complex of Chegong Temple in Shenzhen, the underground pipe corridor in Chongqing and the third section of Shenzhen Metro Station. The response efficiency of the disaster process has been improved, the links of disaster disposal have been streamlined, and the overall response time for disaster prevention, disaster determination and disaster management has been reduced by 37%.
