CTOnews.com, February 26, according to the South Korean CXO Institute's estimate of the salary of employees and executives in 2022, the average annual salary of Samsung Electronics employees and executives is more than 130 million won (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 692000 yuan).

The data show that the average income of Samsung employees decreased by about 8 million won (currently about 42560 yuan) in 2022 compared with 2021, but increased by about 1000 million won (currently about 53200 yuan) compared with 2020.

According to reports, the South Korean CXO Research Institute calculated the average annual salary of Samsung employees based on a recent audit report. According to the report, Samsung's labor costs reached about 15.8 trillion won (currently about 84.056 billion yuan) in 2022.

The report also shows that Samsung had an average of 113604 employees in 2022. Some people joined the company in 2022, while others left. Figures show that 12957 people joined Samsung in 2022 and 6189 left.

CTOnews.com found that one of the people Samsung hired in 2022 was Kim Woo-pyeong, a semiconductor expert who used to work for Apple. Last December, Samsung also revealed that it had hired Hubert H. Lee, former chief design officer of Mercedes-Benz China, to lead the MX design team.
