CTOnews.com, February 24, Blackmagic Design today launched the new ATEM Television Studio HD8, a professional live production switchboard with a built-in broadcast-grade control panel, which is capable of high-end production and highly portable, and you can use it in small places without equipment racks or in broadcast vehicles.

This powerful switchboard is equipped with 8 SDI inputs with format conversion, 2 auxiliary outputs, 4 chroma keying, 2 downstream keying, SuperSource,2 media players and a variety of transitions! In addition, it also has a number of TV studio functions, including: hardware push, recording, mixer, intercom, multi-picture segmentation and optional internal cloud storage. The ISO model can even record 8 inputs for editing.

The entry-level ATEM Television Studio HD8 model includes all standard console functions, including 8-way 3G-SDI input with format conversion, built-in push, master recorder, multi-picture segmentation, support for USB webcam, DVE, 4 ATEM Advanced Chroma Keyer advanced color keys, media player, intercom, 4-way Ethernet switch, and optional internal cloud media storage.

The ATEM Television Studio HD8 ISO model is more advanced, with all the features of ATEM Television Studio HD8 and the ability to record all 8-way input ISO as separate video files. It also supports the control of up to 8 remote cameras through local Ethernet or the global Internet. Remote cameras also support Tally and camera control!

The ATEM Television Studio HD is on sale, starting at $24850 RMB.

Blackmagic Design today also launched the Blackmagic Studio Camera 6K Pro, a new and powerful studio camera with larger 6K sensors, improved colorimetry for finer content, commonly used EF lens bayonets and ND filters, and built-in live push function for $2495 (CTOnews.com Note: about RMB 17240 currently).
