General requirements for ground support equipment in launch, landing or recovery sites for space systems "ISO 14625VO2023" complements the maintenance, inspection and maintenance requirements of ground support equipment in launch site, and modifies and improves the design, production and test of ground support equipment.

In the future, the requirements of the whole process of design, production, testing and maintenance of ground support equipment for launch vehicles around the world can be carried out in accordance with the requirements of this standard. The release of this standard indicates that the experience and achievements of China's carrier rocket ground support equipment in product design, maintenance, maintenance and quality management have been widely recognized in the international aerospace field.

Prior to this, there are many international standards for carrier rocket ground support equipment, but there is a lack of relevant international standards for the inspection and maintenance requirements of ground equipment.

ISO / Technical Committee for Standardization of Aeronautics and Astronautics / Technical Committee on Aerospace Systems and their applications decided at its 2019 meeting to revise the General requirements for ground support equipment for Space Systems at launch, Landing or recovery sites, and to supplement the requirements for the inspection and maintenance of ground equipment at launch sites of launch vehicles.
