In the "ele.me Douyin Mini Program" pilot project, neither Douyin life service nor ele.me authorized any service provider to promote takeout investment.

The "group purchase and distribution" project only introduces Shun Feng in the same city, Flash, Dada Express and UU in Beijing, Shanghai and Chengdu, and does not recruit any capacity distribution service providers in other cities. Public data show that in late January this year, the "group purchase and distribution" function was open to catering merchants (not fresh fruits and vegetables) and opened for self-help in Beijing, Shanghai and Chengdu.
